MEET DR. JENNIFER PYLANT
Dr. Jennifer Pylant was originally from California but was raised in Veracruz, Mexico until her family moved to Conroe, Texas. After graduating from Conroe High School she attended Baylor University where she studied and graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Biology and a minor in French.
Dr. Pylant studied dentistry and graduated with a Doctorate of Dental Surgery from Texas A&M College of Dentistry, formerly known as Baylor College of Dentistry, in Dallas Texas. Throughout her education, Dr. Pylant has consistently been involved in numerous service organizations and outreaches. At Texas A&M College of Dentistry she served as president of the Hispanic Student Dental Association and worked closely with the North Texas Hispanic Dental Association. She is a current member of the American Dental Association, Texas Dental Association, and Dallas County Dental Society.
Dr. Pylant met her husband, Derrick while they were both attending Baylor University in Waco, Texas. Her husband is also a dentist and is currently completing a residency program in Periodontics at Texas A&M College of Dentistry.
Dr. Pylant strives to provide her patients with a quality, compassionate, and enjoyable dental experience that is honest and genuine. Dr. Pylant aims to cultivate and foster an uplifting and meaningful working environment that is Christ-centered. Dr. Pylant desires to help her patients experience peace in the dental office and to know that she is here to both serve and apply her skills to be a blessing in each of their lives.
In her free time, Dr. Pylant enjoys spending time outdoors running or reading. Both she and her husband love to spend quality time with their family and their son, a mini Australian Shepherd named Griffin. Dr. Pylant also has a unique love for language and diverse cultures. Dr. Pylant speaks English, Spanish and French and one of her goals is to learn another new language. Dr. Pylant’s heart for service also extends to the mission field where she hopes to serve people around the world through dentistry, specifically Morocco.
