Meet the Staff
Our entire staff is committed to providing excellence in all our dental services. We are very fortunate that most of our staff have worked with us for many years. It is our greatest goal to provide you with all of the dental services you need for a healthy, beautiful smile that last a lifetime.
Our Front Desk Team
The first people that you will meet are our wonderful front desk ladies. Karen is our office manager and just happens to be Dr. Dyers wife. She used to be a hygienist and now runs are our office. Leslie has been with us since 1997! She now works remotely because she has moved, but still works with us because she is that good. Laura and Chelsea will take your phone call, manage the schedule, work with your insurance, and greet you when you walk in. Laura started out as an assistant and has been with us since 2006. Chelsea has been with us since 2015. You will see Chelsea at the front desk and back office since she can do both assisting and front office duties. Our Assistant team
Along with assisting the doctors during a variety of dental procedures, our team of dental assistants are also there to make sure our patients are comfortable and that all patient needs are met during treatments. Our assistants are in charge of lab work, sterilization, infection control, ordering, coordinating with specialists & much much more. Gina has been a team member since 1999,. Gina works with Dr Dyer with his orthodontic cases and does alot of behind the scenes duties to keep the office running. Jennifer helps keep the office going by keeping everything sterilized. Ana and Jennifer both speak Spanish and can translate too! Krystal and Stevi assist the doctors with our patients. Sara has been with us off and on since 2009 and also assist both doctors. They have been assisting for many years and their expertise will benefit the doctors and our patients! You will see them if you have to have work done. All are Registered Dental Assistants, and several were patients before they started working here. These ladies help our office function on all levels.
Our Hygiene Team
Cindy graduated from Caruth School of Dental Hygiene Baylor College of Dentistry and has been with our practice since 1995. Cindy is heavily involved with Dallas County Dental Society and keeps us up to date on many things. Teresa graduated from Tyler Junior College Dental Hygiene program and has been with our practice since 1998. Paula also graduated from Tyler Junior College Dental Hygiene program and has been with our practice since 2003. She started with us around the same time Dr. Simon started with the office. Liz graduated from Baylor College of Dentistry 2013 and has been with our office since 2022. She won the Golden Scaler award honoring outstanding patient management! These ladies truly enjoy providing the highest standard of preventive care, as well as getting to know patients on a personal level.
